1) Disciplinary Policy
1.1) “2 Strikes” Policy
If you receive a second strike within 1 year, you will be removed from Global Cargo. This applies to violations on Discord, external platforms (e.g., TMP), and anonymous reports.
A Strike expire after 1 year of good behavior. However, repeated similar behavior may still be taken into consideration.
In cases of serious violations (e.g., reckless driving, fraud, or major misconduct), the first strike may be skipped and membership may be terminated immediately
Strike 1: Written warning from Human Resources
Strike 2: Removal from Global Cargo. A vote will be held to determine blacklist status.
1.1a) Case Voting Outcomes
- Insufficient Evidence / Case Dismissed = Due to a lack of evidence/information the case couldn’t proceed and will be cancelled. No punishment has been applied.
- Official Warning = A warning given to a person as an outcome of voting. There are no limits on how many warnings you can have.
- Strike = A marked penalty on your profile, if you receive another one within a year your membership will be terminated. See rule 1.1).
- Removal = Your membership will be terminated immediately, but you may reapply at a later time. (Minimum 1 month, to management’s discretion)
- Removal + Blacklist = Your membership will be terminated immediately. And you won’t be allowed back in the VTC.
2) Company Policy
2.1) Members may not be part of more than one VTC at the same time. If a member is found “double VTCing” (holding a seat or logging jobs for multiple VTCs simultaneously), an immediate removal will follow.
2.2) Because Global Cargo is a large VTC, Management often has a full workload and may not be able to respond immediately. If you have a complaint, concern, or issue that needs to be addressed, please follow the steps below so it can be handled quickly and by the right person.
Complaints:
1. Open an HR-ticket (#contact-us) Or use the anonymous reporting form https://www.globalcargovtc.nl/en/contact/anonymous-report/)
2. Management
3. Leaders
2.3) Members have no permission whatsoever to represent the Global Cargo VTC Management in administrative communication (Contact with VTCs, TMP, SCS, signing up for events, Etc.) outside Global Cargo, without approval of the Global Cargo VTC Management.
3) Admission Policy
The age limit is 15 years. If it appears that you do not comply with this, removal will follow.
3.2) When you leave Global Cargo VTC, there is a two-week cooldown period during which you cannot apply again. After this period, you may submit a new application.
3.2a) After your account is closed, your account data and statistics will be deleted after 90 days as per GDPR requirements.
If you rejoin after this period, your statistics can not be restored.
3.2b) Certain limited information may be retained beyond 90 days for moderation, security, and blacklist enforcement purposes.
This includes internal join/leave history and records of previous rule violations.
This data is not publicly visible and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3.3) The admissions department reserves the right to decline an application at any time.
3.4) VTC hopping, or quickly switching between several VTC's and Global Cargo is not allowed. If you are caught VTC hopping, you will be instantly removed from Global Cargo
3.5) Shared accounts are not allowed under any circumstances. Each driver is responsible for his/her own account and any violation will be recovered from that account regardless of the person.
3.6) Each driver may apply successfully for a maximum of three times at Global Cargo in 24 months. When you leave Global Cargo after applying three times, your chance of getting accepted again will be limited and is affected by your past activity and behaviour within Global Cargo.
3.7) Your TMP account needs to be ban free for 3 months until you can apply to Global Cargo. Accounts that do not comply will be declined. You are welcome to apply after the latest ban has been removed for three months.
4) Discord / TrucksWeb Policy
4.1) Global Cargo is a PG-13 community for members 15+. Inappropriate content including pornography, hateful or racist messages, or offensive material, is prohibited in text, voice, profiles, usernames, or statuses. Members must use professional language and avoid offensive or derogatory remarks. Violations are subject to an HR investigation.
4.1a) No offensive or derogatory remarks. While a joke is allowed, there is always "a limit". Make sure you don't go over this with your comments
4.2) Advertising is prohibited if it promotes another VTC, is for financial gain, or contains 18+ content. Limited advertising (livestreams, events, or privately owned radio) is allowed only with HR approval. Unsolicited advertising via DMs or group chats is not permitted and will be punished
4.2a) Sending advertisements in DM's or group chats to members of this Discord without explicit request, is not allowed and will result in a punishment.
4.3) Global Cargo is not a dating platform. Do not ask members about private matters, especially via DMs. All members must feel safe; violations may result in HR investigation and further consequences
4.4) If you have an argument with another driver or staff member, follow the correct way of reporting, namely: Open a ticket in #contact-hr. The correct way of communicating can be found in section 2.2)
4.5) Minimize the usage of tags. Persons found to be tagging excessively will receive a warning or will face further punishment if it is frequently misused
4.5a) The use of the @Global_INT/NL or any other category tags such as @public or divisions, is only allowed for Global Cargo staff
4.6) Public members that send spam and malicious content without any prior interaction will be permanently removed from the server.
4.7) In the case HR needs an explanation about a situation, you might be invited for a conversation in an HR-Ticket text channel. When invited for a conversation, this does not always imply that action will be taken against you. Most of the time, it is just to clear something up. If you do not respond within 48 hours, you risk not being able to defend yourself in a case
5) Media Policy
5.1) Recording content within Global Cargo is permitted; however, sharing or publishing such recordings outside of Global Cargo is prohibited where the Global Cargo Discord is visible or audible, including internal conversations or company data. Inappropriate content or media showing members in real life without consent is strictly forbidden; internal use is allowed only for legitimate purposes such as HR case handling.
6) Multiplayer Policy
6.1) Global Cargo Drivers MUST FOLLOW ALL TMP RULES. (https://truckersmp.com/rules)
6.2) Global Cargo is seen as one of, if not the most professional and respected VTC within the TMP community. We therefore expect a professional attitude from our staff and drivers. When you drive in-game, we expect you to work with all your care and attention (as you do in real life). In this way, others see what Global Cargo means and they want to get involved.
6.3) It is NOT allowed to drive a car while using the Global Cargo name (both tag and name) in TMP, alternating vehicles are included under this rule. Buses are allowed, in accordance with the TMP rules.
6.4) It is not allowed to drive with large groups through busy areas, such as the Calais-Duisburg route (five or more drivers).
6.5) Do not use dirty or provocative language in public chat or do general things that could damage Global Cargo's company name.
6.6) You are responsible for your own account. If your account is found to be in violation of the rules, appropriate action will be taken after investigation by Human Resources.
6.7) When you get a ban on TruckersMP you are obliged to report this to Human Resources within 48 hours. If you fail to do so, the human resources department will start an investigation with appropriate consequences. Please use #contact-us to do this.
6.8) After a TMP ban, it is possible that the HR department will question your ability to drive for Global Cargo. Your membership as a driver of Global Cargo can be revoked on the basis of a ban
6.9) Usage of double and triple trailers is allowed in accordance with the TMP rules, but you will be held accountable for any mishaps caused by incompetence of controlling the vehicle combination
7) Freight Rules
7.1) Global Cargo has a zero-tolerance policy towards mods that alter the in-game economy in a way that increases income, job rewards, or money earned per kilometer. The use of such mods is strictly prohibited
Mods that reduce income or increase difficulty are permitted.
If you are found using prohibited economy-boosting mods, your membership with Global Cargo will be permanently terminated.
7.2) Global Cargo strives for realism. Any use of damage or collision mods will be subject to disciplinary action outlined in Section 1.1).
7.3) Global Cargo assumes that you are honest when completing jobs and we expect to be able to observe this in your cargo log.
7.4) The maximum income for a manually logged job is €/$ 400,000 or 8000km. This means that the expected income of the job may not exceed this limit. Additional bonuses such as sponsored freights do not affect this. There is no max for Tracker Logged jobs.
7.5) The maximum income per kilometer/mile is €/$ 210,-. When the total income divided by the distance travelled is higher, the job cannot be submitted.
7.6) Any manual job exceeding $/€ 200,000 in income or 4000 km in distance must be approved by Human Resources. Affected jobs will be automatically flagged and blocked until HR has completed its review.
Required screenshots
- Home Screen, Freight Center, or Load Market displaying the freight details
- Delivery Screen or Job Log Overview displaying income, distance driven, and damage percentage.
7.6a) The limits for Tracker Jobs are $/€ 400,000 or 6000km. Screenshots are still required for jobs over the limit.
7.7) A delivery with a car is not allowed to be submitted on Trucksweb.
7.8) The use of dispatchers such as the TMP Dispatcher, Trucky and Virtual Speditor is allowed, but not to abuse the cargo system. Remember to always check your job to see if it is in compliance with the rules.
7.9) When entering the number of kilometers driven, only the kilometers driven on land apply. It is not allowed to abuse the boat, train or fast travel. A rule of thumb is that you have driven at least 75% of the expected mileage to submit a load. (Example, without usage of the ferry the route is 1000 km, with use of the ferry, this is only 400 km. This route is not valid.)
7.10) If you have any doubts about the legitimacy of a job, please contact Human Resources according to 2.2).
7.11) Drivers are required to complete at a minimum, one job OR attend one convoy every 3 months. Drivers who are inactive for a period longer than three months (without a valid reason) will see their memberships terminated.
* Note on the regulations regarding submission of jobs: If there are doubts about the legitimacy, you must confirm this with screenshots as proof. It is the responsibility of every driver to check whether they comply with the established rules

8.2) It is mandatory to join the discord channel designated for the convoy, to be able to hear convoy leader instructions. You are not required to use a microphone. To get an exemption, for example when streaming, contact the event leader and management.
8.3) It is prohibited to use cars during a convoy (with the exception of explicit approval by Global Cargo Management).
8.4) If there are problems during the convoy (Refueling, Damage to the truck or the need to do F7), notify the convoy leader and link up behind the convoy.
8.5) Upon spotting a troller, ignore them and notify the convoy leader.
8.6) There is no overtaking (passing) during a convoy unless otherwise indicated by the convoy leader and the person being overtaken
8.7) Keep a distance of at least 60m, unless the person in front of you is lagging. Then keep a safe distance of 100m.
8.8) Driving faster than indicated is prohibited, unless you have to close the gaps in the convoy.
8.9) You can ignore a red traffic light, but watch out for truckers who have right of way.
8.10) It is not intended that "non-Global Cargo" drivers will be invited to join in the convoy. They can be invited to public convoys.
8.11) The convoy leader always has the last word, he/she is always followed in an official convoy.
8.12) If you are late to a convoy, always join at the back of the convoy and follow rule 8.6).
